Therapy reminds me of spring cleaning.

You take stock of what brings you joy and what you can let go of. You discover things that might've gotten lost over time. And most importantly, you take time to compassionately tend to areas of yourself that need a little care.

I am a sex-positive, body-positive , Health At Every Size, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. 

I know that trauma is often rooted in the larger systems of oppression, and I pay special attention to how your various identities intersect and affect your daily life in relation to race, class, sex, gender identity, sexuality, national origin, etc.



Like my partners, I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone. To that end, I use an equitable pricing model.

Otherwise known as a "choose your fee" model, this approach is grounded in what is accessible for you.
